Covington Credit, Enterprise, AL

I want to start by saying AMAZING customer service!! I started off with the Covington Credit that was in Ozark a while back. I didn't know they had permanently closed until I called and was connected to the Enterprise office. They helped me out so much more than the Ozark office ever did! I used to dread calling because I knew I'd never get the answers I needed. Now, I have no doubt that the Enterprise office is properly trained to help their customers! I was able to refinance my loan with ease. I hate that I can't remember their names but both the lady and gentleman that I spoke with today help me with doing everything electronically! Nobody ever told me that everything could be done by email! I always had to rush to the office after work and hope and pray I didn't forget any paperwork! Thank you to the Enterprise, AL Covington Credit for helping me and making my loan a stress-free process!! 100% recommend you to everyone I know!!!!
