One main financial in enterprise will only help customers that have been there before, her name is Heather and denied 2100.$ went credit is great, great job never late on a payment but, ex husband told her not to do it to hurt me. She was not even the person working with me. She waited til the very helpful lady went to lunch then got it. Said nothing she could do I know that’s not true been there with my ex step daughter that had bad credit works for tips and got a 5000.00 loan. Tell me where that happens only in ENTERPRISE ALABAMA!!!!! Also it was not just a loan for something stupid it was to save someone’s life!! Karma is all I’m going to say. God SURE Don’t like ugly….

My husband and I have been OneMain Financial customers for several years now and we have always been pleased. Edit as of 5/23/2022: We traded vehicles and the dealership we used paid off our One Main loan at the end of April. A payment should not have been automatically taken out of our account but it was at the beginning of May. My husband stopped by the office and they just told him that he would have to contact the main office. It's like all the years of being a customer were just thrown to the wind. Here it is, May 23rd and we still have not received reimbursement for the payment that never should have been automatically withdrawn in the first place. They are great as long as you remain a customer, but once your loan is paid off, they drag their feet and their customer service goes down drastically. We won't ever use One Main again. So much for appreciating customer loyalty.

Qualified for a loan through credit karma filled out the application because my fiance has a loan with them and worse credit than I do. The woman i talked to was rushed, told me it would raise my payments substantially but wouldnt tell me how much my payments would be and did not try to help in any other way or try any other options she just rushed and hung up the phone.

Took mom here today. She was interested in doing a debt consolidation loan. Mrs. Heather was polite, professional and extremely patient explaining the terms and conditions to her multiple times to make sure she had a clear understanding of the terms and conditions. Also she went above and beyond her duties in order to close the loan. Highly recommend One Main Financial. Thank you Mrs.Heather for being patient with Mom today !!
