Had a great experience. Missy got all my paperwork done by email and saved me a trip to Enterprise. Got my loan amount lowered at a time when I had too many extras in the month! Missy abs Chelsea are great to work with.

The Enterprise Alabama branch of Regional finance is awesome! They are so friendly and treat you like a friend. I would definitely recommend them and will be a customer for life.

Missy handled my loan and was very good in regard to being patient while we went through the process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me an offer through the mail. It was very reasonable. I was needing money for house insurance so I cashed the check. Everything was good until I had an emergency come up to where I needed to up my loan. I called and things were done over the phone and through email. All I asked was to up the loan. I never said to add anything or change the terms. They said ok we will see what we can get you. I had to go in and sign papers. That consisted of sign here, initial here no real explanation. Hard lesson learned. I checked online the next morning to see that it had linked up so I could make payments online. My loan was upped less than $500. The payback however changed almost $3000. I called to find out why. The percentage went up a little which was not a huge issue. The issue happened when they added all kinds of extra insurances which I had to take out with multiple emails throughout the day but totaled less than $500 off the payback. They also changed my terms from 2 years which is plenty of time for the little amount of money I borrowed to be paid back to 3 years. I never asked them to go further than what my original terms were. So now I’m paying twice the interest I would’ve because they did what was in their best interest and not mine as a customer. This is not a trustworthy place for people in need. They think more about themselves than you. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for help!!!

For the renewal, the Regional Finance representative in the Enterprise, AL office was very helpful and made the transaction very smooth.

Its usually good but this time my bank told me they might not pay for the live check so they put a hold on it for 10 days and it didn't clear until the 1st of the next month. Want use them again.
