First Franklin is Amazing! They were so amazing! Amy Foster was very nice. They helped me out in huge way! It really is the go to place.

There is not enough space to write how impressed I am with the ENTIRE staff at 1st Franklin in Florence, AL. The professionalism, the convenience and most importantly, the consideration for my time earned my business. Other banks, financial institutions and lenders would be wise to follow the operations of this staff in how to treat customers with kindness and respect. It was a pleasure doing business with this group VS. the hassle of dealing with all the red tape, slow processing, and lazy attitudes we find in many banks. Time is money in my life and to be able to get great rates, great customer service and to get on down the road is what works for me! Give these folks a call and let them earn your business.

They did what they could for me a loan which is why I give 2 stars but not allowing me to pay a large lump sum towards the principle on my loan is ridiculous. Said my payment AND interest was paid up until a certain month, but if not paid until that month I would owe the interest that I thought I just paid up since I couldn't put it towards the principle. I'm not loan expert and may not be understanding what's going on but it don't seem right.

Barry Burleson has always found a way to say yes to whatever I wanted to purchase. 1st Franklin found a great person and loan officer when they hired Barry. If you need money for anything go by and see him in the Florence AL office. One other thing I noticed when I went by the Florence office ...... Everyone there had a smile and a very friendly attitude.

Paul was very professional and friendly. She was super easy to work with and I had my car loan within hours. I highly ecommend this company for any loan needs.

We had several loans here for a few years now. Always have great service friendly staff and they always find a way to make the loans happen for us! Hands down best place to get loans!

If I can leave no stars I would place will not hesitate to garnish your wages they say they will work with you but they won’t if you miss one payment instead of calling you that contact your emergency contact would not recommend this place to anyone
