Terrible business practices

We have been customers of credit central for years and this year, we decided to do our taxes with them,the bank that has to approve the advance loans is santa Barbra bank,it's a lot of complaints and funny business going on with that bank.You can not reach them by phone at any time.Im just warning everyone if you are considering an advancement,go somewhere else and file and definitely see what bank they're going through for the advance.You can check out the website and read the complaints for yourselves.
