I received a check in the mail and decided to cash it, I have renewed my loan to do some work on my car. Everyone has been nice and professional. Love the app that I pay my bill on and can see my balance. Would definitely use them again.

I have used Security Finance on and off for many years. They will give you a chance when others won't (especially if you have old student loans haunting you from the past... other companies won't look twice).The loan officers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed to get another loan but when I tried they called security and they said I had never made a payment on time. That was a total lie and now I’m broke down with no way to work thanks to someone at security. I’m finishing my loan with them and never going back. Worst loan office in Alabama!

I understand that my credit was poor, and it was a long shot but the lady that I spoke with was horribly rude, her name was ' Marquee ' not sure how to spell that, but tone in her voice was just down right horrible, I am far from racist but GHETTO comes to mid after hearing her verbal skills and the way she presented herself. WOW

They have always treated me very kind and I am finally building up some credit

This is a messed up store. Enter at your own risk ! I was told by them 3 payments ago that I had only 3 payments left and I was done. I just received a phone call and was told I still have to make 3 MORE PAYMENTS !!! So I will gather my receipts and go let them add up my payments (hope they have an employee that can count). My advice would be to SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS or go elsewhere for a loan.. IN MY OPINION NOT A PROFESSIONAL PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!
