Had a wonderful experience with First Franklin Financial today. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend for your financial needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Tonia and it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was kind enough to wait on me after closing bc I work out of state and have a hard time making regular office hours in town due to commuting and she waited for me to arrive, had a smile on her face the entire time and was very fast completing the transaction! I highly recommend 1st Franklin Financial for any financial services you may need!

I was very pleased with the service provided for me by Carla! I had worked with her before and the process both times were so easy. Did almost everything over the phone and then went to the office to just sign and pick it up. Will use them again for all my loan needs.

They will take your possessions and also if they get mad at you they will make inquiries on your credit report to make your credit go down. Very far they are very rude. They will look at your social medias and then judge you off of them. My … More
