Liberty Finance was a good company to do business with so long as Amanda was at the helm, but when Amanda left and the Company fell into the hands of Julie and Maria, my experience with them soured almost immediately afterward. It's pretty easy for them to be courteous and friendly when all they do is write loans and give out the checks, but when a good customer, such as I was, hits a rough place and needs some assistance in working through the snag, Julie and Maria do not know how to handle the problem. They break all rules of the FTC Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. I intend to report them. They became personally insulting and overstepped the bounds of outright human respect and decency.

They are great I’ve gotten multiple loans from them!! They even do two day reminder calls!!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend Liberty Finance seeking their type of service. My experience was quick and easy. Thanks guys!

Ive been with Liberty Finance of Fort Payne for over a year now and I still receive some of the best customer service from them since the beginning. I love how genuine greetings they give me in person and over the phone, and how they know my name before I get out of my car. I've referred many friends to this branch only because of how much I appreciate them so much.

I posted two years ago, but just wanted to give an update. Im still a Liberty finance customer, and Julie and Maria are just absolutely awesome! Always so kind to husband and I, they've helped us out so many times! The last review was based off of the last two ladies that worked there who were wonderful as well. But I just wanted to update and say thank you so much for everything you ladies do and your kidness and understanding when I've fallen behind a couple of times. If I could give than 5 stars I most definitely would. We will always use them for my loan needs!
