They are excellent people to work with, very understanding. We were 3 days late on 1 payment because of a family emergencies out of state and if it weren't for TitleMax we wouldn't of had the money to go. And because of our credit history with them and our prompt payments on our loan because we always pay $100 to $200 extra than what our actual monthly payment is, we're in very good standings with them, and even got an extra bonus of Christmas money. We will definitely recommend Th to ALL our family and friends. They are excellent caring people, we don't consider them as a business, their our friends at TitleMax.
