Emily from Tower Loans has excellent customer service etiquette! She is always eager to assist you and I have never had her be rude or hateful! Sometimes we all get overwhelmed and busy so just imagine when you think someone is being rude what kind of day they have had and show compassion! You never know what others are going through so maybe we can all show God's Love more than we do! Being compassionate is something alot of us in this world lack because remember it has been a tough year for everyone! Be blessed today and be a blessing to others!

I've been doing business with Tower loan for nearly 3 yrs.i have give them my truck title for collateral and worked overtime every week to make sure my payments were on time, trying to build my credit score up and I finally made my last payment about 6 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my title back yet and I checked my credit score and it dropped 24 points it says tower loan account closed this is complete B.S. I was expecting my score to go up but if this is how they do business then they should be put outta business I worked awfully hard just to go backwards this is so frustrating I will never do business here again and I would suggest to anyone not to waste their time with Tower loan in Ft.Payne Al.

Tower loan does not care about repeat good customers. We've used them a few times and always paid off the loan early. We've never had late payments. We spoke with them today and they will not give us a loan without giving them the title to our truck (to ensure payment). I cannot believe this. Their management is a joke. Unfortunately I cannot give negative stars.

I called to see what my payoff was, was on hold for 3 and a half minutes. Then when I called back the girl emily was so rude. Wont go thru them ever again.

Very miss leading they will tell you your approved then get your info then say there was a mistake it wasn’t like they just wanted my info. I will never try this company again poor service. Dear Francis c. Lee this location has told me 2 times I’m approved for certain amounts just to tell me both times it was a mistake i don’t know what’s going on but I would not recomend this place to anyone.
