Wow the office in Gadsden is wonderful. The best we have ever worked with. They have never let me down. Jana is the branch manager and is absolutely the best. Thank you for being so prompt and getting the letters that were needed. Thank you all for everything??

I would like to just tell everyone about Jenna at the Gadsden location. I came across a difficult patch because of my job difficulties, Ms Jenna work with me extensively and help to give me peace of mind during my travel time that first Franklin would still be there and stand it by me I think the company would do well to have more people just like her

When I tell you the Gadsden office never disappoints. Everyone of the workers are the nicest I have ever dealt with. I have never had a bad experience here. They always go above and beyond to make sure that I am very well taken care of. I am a long time customer and I will continue using the Gadsden office for all my financial needs.

The entire office was absolutely professional, friendly, courteous and polite. I really enjoyed my experience and they worked diligently to get me the loan that I needed. I would definitely recommend thisnoffice to anyone.
