Check Into Cash, Gadsden, AL

I cannot provide any stars for this place. But for the sake of posting this, I had to give at least one star. This place is supposed to be helping people out! But these ridiculously high payments weren't going towards my principal AT ALL! These payments are just your interest!! If you want to make a payment towards the principal you have to pay more than your payment. Yes, the staff is friendly, but honestly, this should be illegal. How can you charge people so much in interest and make them feel that they are paying their loans down but in reality it's not doing anything! Also, I was so sick of this place that I had another company buy out my title loan to get away from here, but then they LOST MY TITLE! And then lied about it! I understand that it's hard to believe what people say in these reviews when they are negative, but I have no reason to lie. I'm not calling out any staff's names either, I am just upset about the way my situation was handled. They could've been truthful from the beginning.

Great people, very helpful. The employees are friendly and willing to help. They even stayed after closing until I was satisfied. They talked me through the entire process and was very thorough. Also it smelled great! Definitely recommend (the website says they close at 7 but since they moved they close at 6)
