The office ladies were very nice and professional,I fell behind in payments and had to surrender my car I understand this with no ill feelings ,we had made arrangements for the next day to meet but that afternoon a re"poop" guy showed up unannounced for what reason I don't know. than the next morning he was here at 8 am for what? I had made arrangements with the office to deal with them not the re"poop" guy I feel he was rude and unannounced he's lucky he could have gotten hurt .I don't mind owning up ,but be up front with me .all I can say things happen but I'm not a snake and don't play me for one!!!!!!

I sat in there for over 2 hours waiting to purchase a car that had been recently repossessed. The clerk informed me that someone else who worked for Checkmate would be on their way to show me the car because she could not leave the store unintended. The clerk told me twice the other employee was on the way, all while servicing other customers. After almost another 30 minutes she then tells me the employee that’s supposed to be in their way isn’t coming and she can not get in contact with him. The clerk constantly complained about being the only employee there and clearly did not know how to perform the tasks of her job alone. This service is unacceptable, I and another customer waited for an hour (myself over 2 hours) for us only to both be told we would have to come back Tuesday. 8/31/2019
