Very very rude ! And lady got smart and rude with me over the phone for NO reason .. something came up and I couldn’t make a payment.. and they harass me and they call 3-4 times a day when I told them I work 5a-2p I can’t always pull out my phone and answer … I actually have a real job not just sitting behind a desk on a computer … after I pay them off I will NEVER use them again .. and I will not ever renew my loan

At first they were extremely sweet and respectful. Then my husband missed a payment because he was in the process of changing over jobs. They sent us 5 letters in the mail, that were extremely disrespectful, and contacted everyone 4-5 times a day until my husband got his first check and went up there and paid them. When he did go up there he told the lady his name and she rolled her eyes at here and told him he was late in a hateful tone! We originally got the loan to start building credit, but honestly there are tons of other ways to do it, and not be disrespected while in the process. After we get this loan paid off, we won't be going back there. It's like I said, there's tons of other ways to build your credit without having to deal with all that.

Did business with them for a couple of years. They always took very good care with me. And they continue to check with me even after I finished business with them.
