I want to say a few words about the agent Jodi Klein who was fantastic to work with. She is extremely courteous and very helpful. She is polite, informative and thoughtful. It is truly a pleasure to work with such people, and so rare in this day and age anymore! So long as Regional retains employees like Ms Klein, whenever short or long term loans are needed, I will continue to turn to Regional Finance for my needs. Thank you! L. Huffman

I got cold calls today from two different Regional Finance branches. This was one of them. The person calling left no information other than a first name and to call them back. There was no information given on why they were calling or what services they were trying to sell. I don't live anywhere near this branch, either. I can't say this makes much of a good impression where trust is concerned.
