We were delighted to work with FirstBank with obtaining a mortgage for our first Florida home. Their website is efficient for obtaining status and uploaded documents. Their personnel was responsive to all inquiries. We did need to keep in extra close contact with them regarding our contractual loan commitment date which was 3-4 weeks earlier that the contractual closing date (we agreed to give the seller extra time). It seems priorities are different for this circumstance.
