We recently closed on a home refinance. I can't say enough good things about Jerromy Downey and his work. Due to my unusual employment and salary situation, Jerromy had to go the extra mile (or two) to get everything in order and ready to close. We got a great rate and worked with great people all the way through.

It would be nice if google were to allow a negative rating for this lender. If you value your time, stay away! After providing detailed information and asking Jerromy to speak with his underwriter to get confirmation that the loan would work for our specific situation and to avoid needless credit pulls, Jerromy assured us repeatedly that things were looking good and that he had spoken to the underwriter so we applied only to have him come back and say that we could not be approved based on the very information that he had supposedly already confirmed with the underwriter. It sure would have been nice for him to have taken the time to actually speak with his underwriter as we had requested in order to save our time. If you spend a few minutes in conversation with Jerromy you will realize that something feels just a bit off. Go with your gut feeling and run. You've been duly warned.

Jerromy Downey was prompt and efficient with getting all my paperwork together and submitted. He’s quick to answer any questions and extremely knowledgeable about mortgages and the full process to get you closed. I was able to close my house in record timing! Smooth process!
