We contacted Mutual of Omaha to find out about pre-qualification for a mortgage and we’re put in contact with Tristan McCulley, a loan originator. Tristan seemed helpful and said that he would get back to us within 24hrs to update about our pre-qualification. After no word for a few days we email & called Tristan’s line only to be forwarded to his voicemail. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and still no response from Tristan. Not only is this very unprofessional, we are also now concerned that we shared our personal details, income tax statements & social security numbers with this company!! We will in no way be moving forward with Mutual of Omaha for any financial needs and will stick with trusted sources. What a shame and complete lack of integrity Mutual of Omaha!

I was searching for the best option to refinance my mortgage and was in discussion with about 4 different lenders while in the shopping around faze. When Johnny informed me that whether it be with him or not, I needed to lock in on a term rate asap because the interest rates were about to increase. I went to those other lenders and in a round-about way was trying to see if they would also tell me of the coming change, but none of them did. So I decided to go with Mutual of Omaha because Johnny was so upfront and honest and trustworthy and truly was just trying to help me make the best decision possible. I'm so thankful I made the right decision, I highly recommend using them for all your lending needs they are with you 100% of the way.
