The girl on the phone was pleasant enough,but didnt know how to listen and was not that knowledgeable about her company,or the loan process. Unless it was something she was reading from,her spill. And what their websites say and what they tell you are two different things. So when establish more credit ,i will not ask or bother going to them for a loan. I understand they have procedures to go by,as manager stated,but was to quick to dismiss, i only called them because of their website,but it is different in each state. Should tell folks that when they look at website in big print! Disappointed in hartselle,and not willing to work like neighbors. Done

Do not, and I repeat do not use tower loans for any type of loan. Go through your bank, or use capital one. This is the sketchiest place I’ve ever dealt with. This is my warning to you out there looking to use this company.

I receive multiple cold calls per year from this company. I have asked each time to be removed from their list, I am registered on the FTC do not call list, and yet I continue to receive solicitations from this company. If they reach out to you, please consider reporting the phone number to the FTC do not call website. I don't really know how to make them stop, but maybe enough complaints will prompt punitive action and force them to actually follow proper business conduct.
