I agree they don't deserve 1 star, nasty attitude. Customer service socks. Have not reported my credit to the credit burea. If I wasn't paying them it would be reported. Want send you an email confirmation for payment, tell me its my problem, I'm to contact credit bureau. And have the nerve to ask do I want to borrow anymore.

They don’t deserve 1 star. Very rude and unprofessional people. They will say they will call you back, never will. They are only nice when signing you up. The hidden interests they add should be illegal. If it’s any company that is just out to make a buck and don’t care how, it’s them. Please run.

Mobile app and website are nonfunctional. My payment is late because their stuff doesn’t work.

Watch out for places like this. There are hidden fees they don't tell you about up front, but they do stick it into their long contract. Buyer beware
