World Finance, Hoover, AL

My experience with World Finance in Hoover has been amazing! All of the staff has been very friendly, but Shannon is who I have personally dealt with as far as opening up a loan, making my payments, & renewing my loan. She has been GREAT! Very thorough, friendly, & great at what she does!

If you need a quick easy loan world finance hoover is the absolute best! All of the employs are so nice and helpful but shannon is absolutely amazing! She explained everything we needed to know before hand so there was no surprises later on. She was one of the easiest most laid back people to deal with!

World finance is a great place to get a loan. Staff is friendly and Shannon explained the process and answered any questions that I had. I have recommended the Hoover office to my friends and family. The office always smells good and is clean which makes a difference when your doing business!

Great place to get a loan. Made me feel comfortable and would recommend them to my friends and family! Be sure and ask for Shannon when u call or go into the office! She was extremely helpful and such a kind and courteous person. Very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly!

I did my application online and got a call the next day. I spoke with Shannon at the Hoover location and she gave me the amount I was approved for. When there was an option to come pick it up I stated to her that my license is lost and I do have a picture of it. She said well you can’t just go online for it and send me a copy. I said to her I cannot and my paycheck from my job are electronically done. When she proceeded the call with an attitude I simply stated just cancel the application and request. She said thank you and hung up before I even finished what I was saying. I called back and asked if she was the person I spoke to and she confirmed it. I let her know that her actions she did on the line were completely rude and unnecessary whatsoever. That’s not how you do business with someone and this was my actual first time trying to do business with World Finance. NEVER AGAIN. I wish they could give negative stars.
