I cannot express enough how awesome this place is. Bottom Line you need to make this your loaning house. The ladies here greet you immediately every time, and always with smiles. I have been coming here for quite a while now and I won't go anywhere else. The professionalism and knowledge they have make you feel like you are in good hands and hands that truly wish to help you. They hold discretion when other customers are around so you don't feel like your business is being broadcasted out for others to hear, unlike the other establishments I have been to. They treat you like family. I have mostly dealt with Constance Thornton and Ashley Carr. Constance is very thurough and always answered and explained any questions I have ever asked (even my dumb questions too). Ashley Carr's smile always brightens my day every time I walk in that office. Beth Martin has always greeted me the moment that door opened and makes you feel welcomed with a warm smile. I would never go anywhere else after coming here. If you stop by you wont be dissapointed. I highly reccomend you visit this establishment first before you go anywhere else. I personally love this company. My dad recommended them to me when I was going through a tough court custody battle. I was only approved for a small amount but this first Franklin team worked hard and was able to approve me for a higher amount. Constance is very sweet and caring.
