For 1 thing I was told that I was getting a certain amount and I ended up getting something else. I set in a room for about an hour, and I was given 2 different excuses to why I was waiting for so long. When the lady finally came into the room, she told me that I could not get the amount that I was first told that I was going to get. I felt that she really does not know her job. Every time I go into this office, they have different people; you don't even get to know anybody in this office. HUM I wonder why. They need to make sure they have everything right before the person come in. Know remember she already told me how much I was getting and how much I would be paying a month. I already agreed on this term. After setting in the office for about 1 hour that's when she came back and changed everything around. When they set you in the office with the computer the only thing you should have to do is sign and initial the paperwork. Then I was told my money would be in my bank account withing 24 hours. I had to wait 3 days before I got my money. This is the first time I ever had so many problems with this company for a loan. Thanks

They are good. Been around about a month as customer. They were super cool. Especially if credit building, combine them with a secured and unsecured card this seems to be a good option. Staff was very friendly. Haven’t had much in person interaction but the ones I’ve had are great. Real people.

Very well pleased. Both Ms. Tameka Goree and Mr. Ron White did an excellent job in helping me save money and explaining all the important information while going over my loan with me. I give both of them a 5-Star rating.

My mom had a loan with this company. She passed away and they asked for death certificate. After receiving it they stated that I didn't have to worry about loan balance. Three months later they repossessed a car associated with loan without any forewarning if delinquent payments.

Mislead me to believe I was approved for a loan, had me to consent to all third party sharing of my information as well link their electronic system to my bank account along with gaining all my pay history, both vehicles information....all to turn around and not call me back. When I called to check the status their only response was sorry we can't do the loan. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....recommend: Service Loan or Republic finance....never had a problem there before....OH or Regional finance.....(high interest) but worth the better quality of customer service.
