I don't understand the other reviews saying that employees were rude to them. Everyone has always been extremely friendly to me. I haven't had any problems with my loan or the company. I've had my loan for at least 6 months now.

Great place. Manager Jeff Hill was very nice. Originally I received a check in the mail. Recently got another loan & paid off the first. All the staff are courteous & helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

This place is horrible! The gentleman I had asked more questions than what is on the actual application. It was really scary to have a company want to know as much as they did! The gentleman said hold on and came back in one minute. I know he couldn't have done a verification that fast.

Solicited me for a loan that I didn't need a few times but after finding out that on time payments will positively affect my credit I came in. The manager Jeff hill was very rude and unprofessional upon my arrival.

Constantly getting unsolicited phone calls from these people. I didn't even know who they are until I looked up their phone number.

Totally agree about the staff being so friendly & courteous, always so helpful. I’ve only had my loan here a couple of months , but so far, no complaints. I have had loans from other places in the past & not that they didn’t get the job done, but just the friendly & eager to help attitude goes a long way, like they’re there to help you, not just some job. I would highly recommend Tower Loan & will most definitely use them for any financial assistance I may have in the future. They really seem to go above & beyond any loan company I’ve ever come into contact with. If you’re needing a bit of help to get back on your feet, this is most definitely where I’d tell anyone to go.
