I was very irritated at the time but honestly sometimes stuff does just happen and this branch has honestly been overall a good place to do business with. Don't let my bad day influence your decision to do business here.* Imagine being transfered from the main office to a branch and being left on hold so long you realize while on hold they closed and went home.
