To write this review I would need more than several lines to explain how satisfied I am with this location. My representative is Brandi Storey. What a knowledgeable and professional associate. I have been a customer for way over 12 years. My wife and I have decent credit and could easily go to our bank for short term credit, but we don't have too. And why would we go to an impersonal place like Wells Fargo or BBVA when we can sit down and speak with Brandi or Blake. She never treats us like a number. I have never felt like a 580 or 675 FICO score. My wife and I are just ordinary folks from a small community in NE Alabama. I would absolutely recommend Title Max of Jacksonville for any short term cash needs you may have. They are completely up to speed with technology and it is really fast to get funds or to just answer questions. If you need cash or just want to talk about options, stop by and give them a try.
