After returning to get paperwork! I walked in and sat down at 1:53 the lady didn’t seam to know what she was doing. Yet at 2:15 she tells me since the gentleman was there before 2:00 I would have to leave so she can go on lunch. HORRIBLE service especially since she has to call someone to get instructions on every step….

I had a difficult time at the Decatur location with the old manager. I was able to speak to the ladies at the Madison location and they have been the best and very professional ever since! Highly recommended.
