Was very transparent throughout the application process advised I needed a loan to repair my vehicle and I’m trying to continue to build my credit. Once application was submitted, credit ran, & approved I was advised that I wouldn’t be able to get the loan because I can’t get the loan for maintenance or mechanical issues. I was only advised I would need drive the vehicle down for pictures which is true I can. I felt like I was mislead & misinformed & now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for NOTHING ! Please train your “managers” to be more transparent at the beginning of the sales I applied on false pretenses.

Fast courteous service, exercised patience when I had to go away to get some information that I had failed to retrieve. And the amount offered blew me away. It was far more than I had asked or expected. That helped tremendously in opening the door to moving forward financially.

On the web it said unsecured loan up to 7,000 pre-approved. But in person, would not approve a $3k loan without collateral. Not very helpful and misleading advertising.

Surprisingly fast service. Friendly, helpful rep, Derek....answered all my questions, explained everything clearly. Money was in my account the next morning!
