Great and fast service! Jackie was super nice and got me fixed up!

Rude. Unprofessional. Sketchy operation. I was referred to these people by a car salesman because I needed help with the down payment for a vehicle. All three employees were on the phone. I could tell they were calling people to demand payment. When I finally got to talk to talk to someone, I told the lady taking my application how much money I needed. She actually laughed rudely and said we don’t loan that much. I should have walked out at that point but I continued with my application. I gave her all my information, plus paystubs. She asked if there was someone who could verify my address, and I gave her my neighbor’s name and number (who she proceeded to call immediately). I could tell my neighbor was suspicious getting a call like that out of the blue because she was telling him the name of the company (which scarily was NOT Covington Credit, it was some vague name that could have been anyone) and he asked to speak to me. She put him on speaker and I told him it was ok to release my information but never once did she tell him I was applying for a loan. Only that she was calling from such and such company and the way she called and demanded information from him was embarrassing. She also couldn’t get anyone on the phone at my work to verify my employment because I am employed at a school (but they had my check stubs), so she proceeded to tell me “sorry we can’t help you”. Really? Tell me that before I hand over sensitive financial information to you and you call my neighbor out of the blue demanding to know if I live where I say I do. I went a few doors down to Central Credit. Totally different atmosphere. Super nice lady at the front desk who went over my application and explained everything to me. No rudeness. No derision. No embarrassing calls. I walked out about 30 minutes later with my money. If ever in need of cash, I would avoid this place. If you couldn’t get cash from Central Credit, I would go to a payday loan place before I borrowed money from these people.

The ladies in the office are amazing . They are all very professional, kind and understanding. Would recommend them to anyone
