I was out of work due to covid, my entire family was down. I called to get help and was offered a deferment , which I accepted it. The paper work was email 2x. I never received it. I called back today cause at this point I'm worried about my credit. I spoke with Georgegina Powell that took a little of her time, and email the paper, while I was on the line with her. I really want to thank you for your time and patience, it really meant a lot.
