Since this business took over ,They bounced a check on me, when I had over $3000 .00 in my account. They sent a letter to me saying that they would honor the old checks. They never have It took Them over a year to send me a statement of my account. After several phone calls. That asured me that I would get my monthly statement. This was back in February .I still haven't gotten one yet .They do not deserve one star.

Excellent Experience at this Gulf Winds Branch in Monroeville, Alabama. Was very impressed with the professionalism here and how welcoming and comfortable that they make you feel. Ms. Susan Kochensparger, the member advocate at Monroeville, is exceptional at her job. I would definitely ask for her if you are in need of a loan, checking or savings account, or any other financial services. I have only great things to say about this Gulf Winds branch. I highly recommend that you stop in and see what they have to offer. Definitely a 5 Star Plus Experience for me.
