My Husband and I were working on our credit scores. We got in contact with one of the agents at One Main Financial, and they worked with us until we were approved. They didn't make us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about our situation. Now we are on the way to getting our house remodeled.

They had me to get all kinds of papers work to verify my income and when I gave them all the paperwork to verify my income they going to come up with the lie the can't do it because they can't verify my income and I know that was a lie because I am black and have a good income

Makala was awesome! She did all she could to get the loan amount I needed but unfortunately, she couldn't get the total amount.
