I waited for my CNA to come with me to Regions on yesterday, for you see I am a recent amputee and need assistance. I'd been trying to resolve this matter about crediting an amount which was fraudulently stolen, back into my account. I received a letter from Birmingham, Al, of which they refused to return my funds to me even after I'd given them documents as evidence! Because of this "nonaction" from corporate, I've decided to take my "squirrel account" elsewhere! Good Riddance, Regions, try and treat senior citizens with dignity in the near future.
