I've been with them for years. When i lost my grand baby they stepped in to help me manage my account.

Reading is fundamental. I had an active loan and needed to borrow a very small amount due to a hard time. The interest rate was never discussed during any of the phone conversations that I had with any of the representatives. I was just told how much I was able to be approved for and the documentation to submit. I’m not blaming them because I should’ve read the documents thoroughly but a $2,000 increase for $175 loan is mind blowing.

Regional Finance staff here in Montgomery is top-notch. Very helpful very informative. I really appreciate the hard work that they put in.

I was told by Damian that I was approved for one amount. Went in to sign paperwork and was told the approval was $3k less than I was told the day before. It would have been nice to know prior to wasting my time and going in just to leave without anything.
