One of my friends has been having family members steal her identity and open bank accounts in her name. This place allowed one of them to apply for a loan in her name claiming that she was in a coma and the money was needed for medical bills. The Lee County DA is going after them in court over it.

You have chose the right location Veronica customers service rep was able to help assist me with all the concerns and questions I had on today. I been a customer with the company for over a year never missing a payment or making a late payment. I was doing business at the prattville branch but because of how rude and pushy their representative is I decided to transfer my business to Atlanta highway location. If you are reading this review you are making the right decision in doing business at this location. Kudos to Veronica she really is a great asset to the company. I was in a very bad mood due to my interaction with the representative at the prattville location Veronica used her communication skills and knowledge to diffuse the situation at hand.

Adriana and Melissa are great and very sweet. They helped me out in my crunch and I will forever be grateful. If you need a help with getting a loan I most definitely recommend them!!!!!
