Tower Loan Perry Hill by far is the worst loan company ever!!! People I am begging you please do not do business with these people. Their extremely rude, very unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I never in life met management so unprofessional in my life!!!! They constantly call and harassing you after you made a payment arrangements and force you to pay right then. I had employees call from their cellphone harassing me about a payment that I made previous arrangements for. They claim that your payment arrangement is never in the system. I’m almost done paying on my account one of managers I think his name is Micheal asked did I want $2000 extra in cash! I told him no thank you. This man had the Audacity to me why not!! Just rude!!!!!!

Both places are a complete rip off. Please don’t do business with these people. They will LIE and or change things on you quicker than a blink of an eye. They sent a live check to my brother. He took the loan and continuously made payments. Well guess what? Yep, you guessed it. He fell behind because he received two offers. Then, he was offered to lower his $211 payment for half of it. He took the offer, only to find out that they “couldn’t” do it. Furthermore, he told them that he would only be able to make smaller payments, but would have to come into the store, and bring cash or a money order. Once arriving, we were told it could only be the $211 and nothing shorter than that. Then, asked when a full payment could be done. When told two months, the manager, who by the way is unprofessional and rude, spoke up and said “Two months? We’ll file a law suit by then”. These guys are a completely rip off.

They are very sweet and they helped get approve for a loan when I needed the money the most.
