Mistye Torain is supposed to be the store manager. I go in and tell her what I needed and she decided to run my credit that didn’t help me nor did I ask her to. She told me instead of getting what I ask for she said I was approved for a installment loan. I paid what I told her I would pay and she decided she miss quoted my payback. I would never do any kind of business with her ever again.

Mistye is AMAZING! I had an unexpected emergency happen, and she made sure to call me personally to ask me to come in so she could get me approved. She was so friendly, funny, and just all around amazing. She turned an awful day into an amazing day, just by her customer service!!! Thank you!!!

I'm greeted promptly with a big smile each time I visit the Muscle Shoals location. My first visit I went in with one thing on my mind but was informed of a host of other helpful services. I'll definitely be back!

Mistye truly cares for her customers! She had about 10 people in the store and took care of everyone with the same friendliness and professionalism I recommend this place over any loan company in muscle shoals al

This place is awful on check cashing, been there 3 times and it always something, full name isn’t on check, I’m beginning to think because I’m not black I can’t get my check cashed because I’m not black. 4 times I ve been turned down, once they were going to cash it but they closed and didn’t cash it and held me in there for 30mins! And that time it didn’t have my full name on it! And this last time, couldn’t because it didn’t have my middle name on it! This place is a joke! I give them 4 shots at my service and walk out of there without a check cashed! But it’s a big joke ! Lol

The lady there is really friendly n super nice does everything she can to help you out I most definitely will send anyone there
