This is the friendliest place in town to do a payday loan or a title loan. Katie and Lisa genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Do yourself a favor if you or a friend needs a payday or title loan go see them. If they can't help they will send you to someone who might be able to.

If I could give this place 0 reviews I would. Me and my wife went to look at the 2007 Dodge Charger they had. The charger definitely needed some work. We noticed the back right tire was flat and needed to be changed so that we could test drive the vehicle. We made a offer and told Amanda Underwood to call us if they decided to take the offer. They called us two days later and told us that we could come get the car. Amanda told me that she was unable to take the tire off because she didnt have the necessary tools. So I took it upon myself to go home get the tools, jacked up the car, and changed the tire myself. After test driving the vehicle I told Amanda that i was going to get the remaining cash to purchase the vehicle and she told me okay. While at the bank Amanda calls me and informs me she is selling the car to the gentleman who came in after me. Amanda demonstrated unprofessionalism on so many levels. I informed her that if it was not for me changing the tire nobody would have ever purchased the car (nobody wanted the car because the vehicle wasnt driveable). I put my sweat, energy, and time into changing the tire and getting the necessary material needed. I would assume that, my actions would be met with good faith of doing the right thing. Amanda acted as she did not care what i had done and that the person who came back with the money first is who she would sell vehicle too. Amanda in my opinion should not be a manager at any establishment. However Diana was the nicest and most understanding person ever. Diana apologized to me for how things went. I recommend not going to this establishment and working with Amanda. You are better off taking your chances at a prison because there is no moral compass in Amanda at all. Don't waste your time with this establishment.

This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever done business with!! The store manager has no management skills whatsoever. I have been a sales manager for over 13 years and know how to handle and satisfy customers. I will never do business with them again and I will be sure to spread the word and save other the hassle of bad business.

Very unprofessional, was refused a test drive one day and told to come back the next for the test drive. Came back the next day and a customer that came in behind me was sold the car that I had already spoken with someone about. Definitely do NOT recommend any business done with loan Master in muscle shoals Al
