Please think twice about doing business with a company who has access to your personal information, but does not have employees with professional attitudes. I was talked to so rudely by a manager (S) a little over a week ago. I made a complaint to a different manager and also called corporate. It did not help. It seems as if (S) felt so comfortable talking to a customer the way she did, because she knew there wouldn’t be any consequences for her actions.

They are very helpful and quick from start to finish. Very understanding when life hits. Would definitely do business with them again. Belinda has a great customer service. Always willing to help. Much appreciated.

Kathy and her staff are kind, professional, and very helpful. They all have endearing smiles and are willing to take time to listen and work with their customers. I am appreciative of the services they have available in the Northport community. This is not a “payday loan” this is a useful tool to rebuild your credit when used properly.
