Service Loan, Northport, AL

Someone from this establishment called my office looking for a client (I am assuming) and decided to hang up in the middle of me speaking. This is absolutely not how you conduct business nor how you should attempt to reach your clients. You will not get very far that way. It is not surprising how low your ratings are with unsatisfied customers. Please train your employees with better phone etiquette.

Do not use this service. I tried to help out what I thought was a friend meet their quota but she neglected to tell me my internet rate is 92% and that even if you only keep the money for less than 30 days at a $500 dollar loan will owe almost a $100 for 22 days. Stay away.

If you need a little help financially, this is the place to go! The employees are very helpful and do what they can to work around your needs. I would recommend anyone to these guys!

The ladies are always polite and respectful to me. Help me everyday they can. Have never been rude to me.

The woman who answers the phone is the rudest winch alive. They call me almost everyday, an will send a text EVERY SINGLE DAY trying to bait me into taking more money. I’ve asked repeatedly for them to stop and the rude woman on the phone said if I didn’t like it to not answer!!!!!! Idk how this is legal. It wasn’t regarding being late or anything like that just wants to literally bait me into spending taking out more money.
