If I could give zero stars I would. Do Not do business with this bank. Customer service is terrible and online banking is a joke. They hit you with fees everytime they can.

I will usually come by every two weeks to deposit my tip money. I'm a member of Avadian and WinSouth is a Co-Op Shared Branch which is close to home. I've been there three different times and they continue to deposit the money in the wrong account, while I'm standing there. Not sure why, I would expect the same level of competence regardless of what shared branch I go to. I mean Im sure they know difference between checking and savings? So, best to avoid this place. They are nice and good people but incompetent.

Wonderful place to do business with! Got my auto loan last year on my truck. Great rates and friendly staff make this the place to trust with your financial needs.
