My Mom and I both have loans with One Main in Opelika. They have been absolutely amazing and were so easy to work with! They made the process easy and walked us through the whole thing. Love that they offer to close the loan online so I didn't even have to go in to sign the paperwork. I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know!

Gave my information to a gentlemen who’s name I’ll keep private and was told I qualify for 5,000 loan. After I emailed all the proper documents he needed he told me I was approved and all he needed was proof of residency and he could start the process to send me the money. The day I was supposed to get my loan he told me I’m sorry but you no longer qualify for the $5,000, we can only do $2,100. I was surprised by that because I was told numerous times that I qualified for the $5,000 but I let It go and told him let’s do the 2,100. How bout I get an email a hour later expecting it to be the confirmation that the loan was completed but no I get an email saying I’m sorry Jonathan but you no longer qualify for the 2,100. Can someone please explain to me why I was approved for the 5000 but then it dropped to 2100 and then again to we can’t do the loan. SMH. I spent a lot of time on numerous emails and phone calls trying to get him everything he needed and turns out it was all for nothing. Don’t know if he was trained properly or if he just felt like wasting my time but I would not recommend this place.

Great Customer Service at One Main Financial, My business was handled by Dana. Dana was very respectful and was able to answer every question my husband and I had. No matter what was needed Dana was just a quick phone call away. Thank you OneMain Financial for being so helpful.
