Jenny was amazing!!! She was friendly and very welcoming. She did not make me feel bad for needing a loan. She explained everything thoroughly. The process took less than 20 mins. It was so simple. I was amazed at the energy she and Cindy gave as I went through the process. They made it such a pleasurable experience. They really came through for me at such a challenging time :-).
