I've been a customer at this location for approximately 10 years or more, and I have always had a wonderful experience! There are two ladies in particular that are always very pleasant and extremely helpful. Both Sierra and Dana are truly an asset to your company and deserve praise for their outstanding customer service!

Awesome service! I had a financial emergency so I turned to CIC. Even though the lines were long, none of the reps showed frustration with any of the customers. Every customer who came through their door was promptly greeted with a smiling hello. The manager was the very best! They apologize for any delay and processed my request quickly. Very professional attitude.Thank you so much for professional and kind service without judgment, and you seem to really enjoy helping each customer. The only suggestion I would make is get a ticket number system in place because many people can't stand in long lines over 15 minutes. Thanks again for assisting me!

I have the best experience with this place......The one person that has helped me the most is Sierra Greene..she is the only person that I will deal with. No one else takes their time with their clients. Please let her know that she is the best.......and keep up the good work.

Shout out to Sierra at the Check into Cash located in Phenix City! She is very kind and she is a great help every time I go! She provides EXCELLENT service and I think that she should get a raise!!

RUDE!! Came into this business with a smile , and all the customer care representative were doing is complaining about customers coming in, and them having to do their jobs. Loudly joking about customers in a disrespectful manner. Other customers were turned away before 6 because they were cashing checks, and they didn’t feel like doing it. Never will I come here again!

Amazing costumer service, the staff is so helpful & patient, & the payments are very easy to make so you can keep your head above water. I was apprehensive about the process but Tony walked me through everything & really was my angel throughout it all & I honestly feel like he saved my family. 1000 stars

All I can say is if you ever need funds or help applying for a loan this is the place to go! Holly was AMAZING. She was friendly, helpful, and presented amazing customer service! I literally have no complaints. I came in to apply for a loan for the 1st time today and not only did she get the job done within minutes, but she understood my reasons! If she haven't received a promotion, she definitely deserves one. Satisfied Customer:)
