Tower Loan, Phenix City, AL

This is the worst loan company in the Columbus/Phoenix City area. If you can by any means find any other way to borrow some money please do! The interest rate is extremely high,The managers/coworkers are unprofessional (Under New management)They constantly harass you and they talk about the clients in such rude unnecessary ways. You would be better off broke then to borrow money with Tower Loans for any reason. Biggest mistake in my life! Please avoid them at any cost!

I have been to two Tower loans and the one in Phenix City did a great job with customer service. They greet me every time I come in to pay on my girlfriend's account. They were friendly, down to earth, and professional at the same time. The manager stay smiling and willing to answer any questions I asked. Even though I did not get approved for the loan she made me feel like it was ok to try again another time when I got my credit right. And the staff always knew how to make people smile. If there is any person on here that did not like how this store is ran then they didn't pay the money back or didn't like when someone they borrowed money from call them about getting the money paid back. The End

LACK OF CORRECT INFORMATION.. Was told I was signed up for direct deposit (since I cashed the check into my account) so that my payments would b paid on time..I received a “COURTESY” call SEVERAL DAYS LATER to inform me of my “late fee” and that I WASNT signed up for anything… THE SET UP.. smh.. defeats the/my purpose for this loan

Scam! Stay away form them. They are a complete scam. Do not ever use them. They never tell you how to make your first payment and then charge you late fees when you don't lmao. What a freakin joke. I am currently talking with the State of Alabama State Banking Department regarding their business practices.
