Kim the manager called another creditor of mine to obtain personal information without my permission. Told if my account was 30 days past due should could. Also told me if paid my account off early hit could hurt my credit "just leave a little something on the account " within last 15 days they have called 30 + plus times. Today after submitted an online payment I was told it wasn't showing on her computer and when are going to make a payment. The rude ,unprofessional and harassing. Yet to notify me if the payment was received. Clanton Branch was way better never doing business with this individual again nor anyone I know

By far the BEST place ever!!!!! They are absolutely wonderful and will go out of their way to help you! Monica the manager is the best! They all treat you like family and will do anything they can!!!!

Had copies of cancelled checks told them I was under table 1099 work they approved me for 300 then got to the office and changed there minds even had a letter from employer on a letter head. Wasted time and gas. Wishy-washy

The ladies at Service Loan rock! They are so sweet and will have your undivided attention with keeping you entertained while working to get you a loan. I'm happy to say I'm glad I chose them. Very informative and made sure that I understood my contract. Thanks again ladies!

I had great service with this company in the beginning. I was talked into getting a loan there to help someone who worked there. No big deal. However, I got sick and got behind. The constant phone calls to my cell and my work were ridiculous, even, after they were informed I had been sick. Now, they have the audacity to send a garnishment to me. Stay away from this place, in fact, stay away from all of these places as they are nothing more than a money racket and a scam and I am furious!
