It was ok at first. But once I let them knew my daughter was hospitalized they continue to call every single day. After I told them once she’s able to talk, I would let her know to call them. From looking at her experience, I wouldn’t do business with them!!!

Erica woodruff is the best in the business she was the light in my dark day all day I had problems getting a loan till I met her y’all make sure to check her out

This place was very pleasant! The representative was very helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed and comfortable! All the staff inside were friendly and welcoming. This was my first time, but I was delighted that the representative was very informative in answering all my questions.

I can tell you that with some of the decisions I’ve made in the past along with some of the situations my credit score was less than stellar but with that being said I was given an opportunity and a little help from Whitney at World Finance in there Prattville location. Durning my time with them they have went above and beyond to help me on more than one occasion which has ment a great deal to me as a customer. World Finance has done just that and that is saw me as a customer and not just a number and in a time when customer service seems to be a thing of the past. The girls at World finances pleasant attitude and helpful nature makes me recommend them for any of your financial needs! Thank you lady’s your help is greatly appreciated.
