This place is the best! Over the years my husband and had have had many loans and this is the only place we will recurrently borrow from. Jennifer is truly amazing. she has helped us so much over the years. Valerie is the best and has worked with us when we needed help. We met Nicole back when she was at Sun Loan in Foley and we followed her to First Franklin. Shayna has always worked with us and helped when we were unable to make full payments. This place has helped us build our credit up tremendously over the past few years. Yall go see these AWESOME ladies!!

I’ve gone to First Franklin a couple times and each visit has been the best experience. Great service and friendly faces and welcoming attitudes. They will do everything in their power to meet their customers needs.

This is a very misleading company with little patience for the customer once they have your account in their system. I would not recommend I was over charged for a late fee after being told by an employee I could turn in my payment after closing hours as long as it was the final due date. I did so and BAM here’s a late fee that was counted against me even after an employee at the business told me this was perfectly fine. To top off the experience I spoke with someone about not having the extra to pay for false accusation of being late because your system changed without a notice. That should not be held against the customer and I normally don’t take time leave reviews but search else where if you seek fairness & understanding from a loan company.
