1st Franklin Financial, Saraland, AL

I never really think about how great someone's service is but last month I had such a bad experience with another loan company and that experience opened my eyes to just how much I do appreciate 1st Franklin in Saraland Al . My dad passed away a few months back and I had to take out another loan with another company . Then its Christmas and was getting paid by the school system . Well , they took off for 2 weeks so there's nobody working to cut us a check until they return back from Christmas vacation . Not gonna lie , I had the money to pay it , it was due the 23rd but I hadn't finished Christmas so I bought for my grandbabies and called the Saraland office. They told me no problem and don't usually call and bother you unless you're 10 days late . The last company ( which was due on Jan 1 ) called me atleast 20 times and I was like 2 days late - not even late enough to constitute a late fee . I just wanted to give them a big shout out for being understanding and not bugging me several times a day . Things happen and they get that and I'm pretty sure they will be the ones I go back to everytime . Thank you to the Saraland branch

Great staff. Excellent customer service!

I haven't been with them long but it is extremely inconvenient to make my loan payment. I work the same hours that the office is open so I'm unable to go to the office directly. And because you all do not take credit or debit cards over the phone it is impossible for me to make my payments. I do not feel comfortable giving out my bank account and routing number as that would be easy access for you all to take money from my account at any point in time. I have other loan companies I have dealt with and all have taken my debit card.

The staff at Saraland are so nice and helpful I have been a customer for years would recommended my friends and family to them

I’ve dealt with this store for some time now. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Tabitha and especially Rhonda, makes me feel welcome whenever I’m there. Love them to pieces!❤️

Mrs Tammie and Mrs Shana was awesome they made my experience….so wonderful their personalities were infectious I left there very happy and pleased
