I have been a customer with Regional for several years. I’ve always always had exceptional customer service every time I’ve walked through their door. Linda Boydston will find a way to help you if help is out there. She treats EVERYONE with the upmost respect and dignity they deserve. I’ve always harped about the Auto-Plus Plan. How adding it to the loan is useless, because I never use it, and that extra $199 is a waste. Well, I’m here to tell you first hand it’s so not useless, and it’s not a waste. I actually had to make a claim on the Auto-Plus Plan. The towing claim itself almost paid for the plan. I made a towing claim as well as a deductible pay back claim. I received my check in a week. Over $600 back within a week after filing the claim. The plan has more than paid for itself, plus I have the most awesome loan rep in the world! If you need a loan, go see her. She’ll try to help you if she can! She’s been a huge blessing to me!
